He is the author of the influential book, Agile Data Science (2012) and Agile Data Science 2.0, which were the first works applying agile software principles to data science, and the author of Big Data for Chimps (2015), which teaches data flow programming, and Mapping Big Data (2015), which outlines groundbreaking research on the networked economy.
